World's Most Extreme Homes

Architect Ken Shuttleworths curvy home definitely puts the arc into architecture. The single-story home is made of two nestled crescent shaped buildings. The rear crescent is home to the minimalist bedrooms and bathrooms and an elegant raised gallery. The front crescent features a 72-foot long wall of glass, an open kitchen, living room and study. Revolutionary architect Javier Senosiain created an extraordinary semi-underground home shaped like a shark. A series of twisting tunnels connect the brightly colored organic-inspired rooms, including a fabulous curved bathroom thats like taking a bath in a waterfall. Glenys and Kevin Johnston cleared a thorny patch of land and built a stunning nine-bedroom fairytale castle out of the mud.
