What's With That House?

Product Ideas
They are three of the most unusual houses in the country. First up is FlatPak, a funky ultramodern house in a stately neighborhood in Minneapolis, that was ordered on the Internet and came "packed flat" on a truck. The inside of this assemble-one-any-way-you-like house is just as innovative as the outside. There is a toasty heated concrete floor, and the walls upstairs are panels hung from rafters that can be rearranged at any time. But if you prefer quiet time to rearranging walls, there's a completely isolated room on the far side of a little bridge. Then, in Houston, we take a look at Casa de la Amistad, the Alamo of suburbia. Finally, in Redondo Beach, Calif., we marvel at a creepy magician's castle.
