"You live in Florida. The weather here is good year round. You need to make sure that your balcony is a direct extension of the living area," says interior designer Lindsay Pumpa, who furnished the outdoor room with an all-weather chaise, cozy side chairs, tropical greenery and candle lanterns to lend ambiance and a hint of festivity.
