About the Master Bedroom
“I wanted that room to be enveloping,” says interior designer Vern Yip, who designed the master bedroom as a retreat for all seasons. The space boasts hand-painted walls and a dramatic bed upholstered in cotton chenille. Vintage furnishings, including walnut Baker dressers and a sewing table repurposed as a nightstand, add charm and character to the Chicago-chic space.
