The foyer introduces the apartment’s warm, vibrant color palette, inspired by architect Frank Lloyd Wright’s emphasis on nature themes. A powder room in the entryway boasts a mid-century modern design aesthetic that stands in contrast to the unit’s Prairie School-inspired design elements. \"That’s really what Chicago is about: It’s the juxtaposition of old and new,\" says interior designer Vern Yip.
