African Folklore Embroidery

Leora and her group will show us how to make a collection of beautiful eye-catching designs using colorful African threads and beads against a black background. We will begin by making a "Giraffe" using basic embroidery stitches, such as chain stitch, satin stitch, an incorporation of beadwork and African Folklore Embroidery embellishment and enhancement techniques.
