In order to spend more time in Mexico with their parents, sisters Esther and Libertad want to sell their four bedroom bungalow. But after a year on the market with roller coaster pricing and multiple agents, the property is turning buyers off. On the plus side, the home features a partial renovation and basement apartment, all on the edge of an affluent neighborhood. But with its dowdy kitchen, reams of knickknacks, dull garden, and busy thoroughfare location, the home is completely unsellable. That is, until property expert Sofie Allsopp and contractor Anthony Sayers come along to turn this bungalow from unsellable to sold.
