Sick to death of their insane commute, Andy and Emily are desperate to sell their three bedroom, semi-detached home. But after three long months on the market, they've switched agents and still haven't received a single offer. The near new, semi-detached property features a great, split level layout in a popular new lakeside community. But with its lackluster, builder's white interiors, cluttered kitchen, drab master bedroom, and weird room allocation, the home is turning buyers off. In order to give the home personality and a much-need wow factor, property expert Sofie Allsopp unveils a radical design makeover. It involves having contractor Anthony Sayers and his team repaint and give every room a proper function, and create a custom home office and glamorous master retreat in an attempt to sell this unsellable home quickly.
