Eco-Friendly, Prairie Style Backyard

Kevin and Lisa have two young kids and a backyard with an identity problem. It's an awkward shape consisting of concrete, dead grass and stones. They'd like to weave the prairie style of their home into outdoor rooms suitable for eating, playing and relaxing. Guest designer Lou Dixon transforms their backyard into a eco-friendly, edible garden with places for the kids, a private hangout for adults and beautiful spots to view from their kitchen and home office.
