How to Enter: Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on April 25, 2011 until 5:00 p.m. ET on June 6, 2011, you may enter the "S.C. Johnson Smart & Easy Spring Cleaning Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes") online by visiting the HGTV website (www.hgtv.com) (the "Website") and completing the online entry form (limit one (1) online entry per valid email address, per eligible person per day).These official rules are also available by sending a stamped, self-addressed #10 sized envelope ("SASE") to: "Smart and Easy Spring Cleaning Sweepstakes" – RR, P.O. When you enter at the Website, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminders for upcoming S.C. Johnson (defined below) promotions and information about S.C. Johnson. Entrants may also receive information from Main Sponsor regarding other promotional offers. Consenting to receive such e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. How Winners will be Determined: The Grand Prize Winner and the First Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on approximately June 17, 2011 by Ritway, Inc., an independent organization ("Sweepstakes Administrator"), and will be contacted either in person or by overnight courier and phone on or about within approximately five (5) days of the drawing. Administrator's decisions with respect to the winner and other matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes shall be final. The prospective winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (where permitted), and return same, properly executed, within five (5) business days of issuance of prize notification. If the Sweepstakes Entities are unable to contact a potential prize winner, if a potential winner fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date, if a potential prize winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, or if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner shall be selected. By entering into the Sweepstakes, all entrants consent to the use of their name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, worldwide and without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.

Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the opinion of Administrator, Main Sponsor, and/or Sweepstakes Host, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Administrator, Sponsor, and Sweepstakes Host reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, or to terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination date. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the Website. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the lower 48 United States or District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. The Sweepstakes is void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. territories, possessions and commonwealths, and where restricted or prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes is not open to employees and members of their households and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) of the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their advertising and promotion agencies and all local sponsors. Prizes: A. Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win the following: (i) $2,000.00 cash; (ii) a "Smart & Easy Spring Cleaning Survival Kit" which is a one year's supply of select S.C. Johnson cleaning products (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $300.00). Total ARV of Grand Prize: $2,300.00.

B. First Prizes: Three (3) First Prize Winners will each receive a gift basket full of select S.C. Johnson cleaning products (ARV: $50.00 each). Total ARV of all First Prizes: $150.00.

Total ARV of all prizes in this Sweepstakes is $2,450.00.

Each component of the Grand Prize and each First Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guaranty, either express or implied, except the manufacturer's written warranty accompanying any product manufactured thereby. Taxes, gratuities, and other expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the respective prize winner. All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of any prize not specifically addressed above, including those associated the use of any prize, are the sole responsibility of the respective prize winner. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the respective prize winner responsibility. The Grand Prize Winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the cash value of the Grand Prize. The specifics of all aforementioned elements of the prizes in the Sweepstakes shall be solely determined by Main Sponsor. Some restrictions may apply. No transfer or substitution for any prize allowed except at Main Sponsor's sole discretion. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of any prize is permitted, except Main Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, in Main Sponsor's sole discretion. Winners' List: Beginning on or about June 22, 2011, you may obtain the names of the Grand Prize Winner and the First Prize Winners, either by going to the Website or by mailing a SASE to: "Smart and Easy Spring Cleaning Sweepstakes" – Winners' List, P.O.
