The O'Connor family dreams of buying a four bedroom home on the quaint Northfork of Long Island so they can enjoy the water, wineries, and farmlands. Matt Blashaw shows the family three very different homes, each with its own advantages. He is determined to the make the numbers work so the O'Connor's can put their day trips to the beach behind them. Ultimately, they opt for a low price and a large space, despite the scale of work necessary to get the home ready for renters.
