Cottage by the sea

Peter and Kara are looking for a low-maintenance vacation home in Montauk so they can disconnect from reality. They want to give their children the same experience they had growing up; staying in a house near the ocean. The real estate market here is booming, so Matt Blashaw shows the family three quaint homes in desperate need of renovations. Eventually, the family decides that walking-distance to the beach is more important than space.
