The first house they visit is the 'Beach House,' aptly named after the brightly painted surf-themed bedroom they find on the tour. Chip and Joanna bring the Joneses to 'The Schoolhouse' next. The Schoolhouse is much bigger and has a beautiful backyard, but is also more expensive, which would mean less flexibility in their renovation budget. Their last option is the 'Red Door House.'
