The Snow sisters score a little cottage that needs a LOT of TLC. Donna thinks they should pass on the sad little house because it is in bad shape, but Toni likes the idea of a small hideaway and thinks it is an ugly duckling that can be transformed into a beautiful swan. All of the movers see some potential in the building because it's an easy move, and just when it looks like Cody and Suzi will win it, Toni jumps in to get it. Once moved, the sister's get inspired to give it a 1950's feel in the kitchen. Randy starts out at an advantage with money in his pocket when he grabs a little box house addition that someone offered him $500 to haul away. The other movers wonder what in the world Randy thinks he is going to do with that?! Randy's renovation reveals a highly innovative design, building this little beauty onto a trailer with wheels, turning it into a hip moveable house that is sure to attract Texans with ranch properties and hunting hobbies at auction. It's a close competition between these two small houses on auction day.
