Randy outfoxes the others when he discovers that an old schoolhouse on Foster Drive in Lake Worth, Texas that everyone thinks is solid stone has a structure underneath that can be moved. He gets the building for a song, but discovers that the inside has nothing: no toilet, no kitchen, just an empty room. At first he wants to tear it down and just sell the stone, but then decides to transform it by vaulting the ceiling, adding a small bath and kitchen and creating a loft space. Donna is burned by Randy getting one over on her at the Foster Schoolhouse auction. She hears that his great buy turned out to be little more than a stick frame after the stones were removed. She stops by his place to give him some grief. During the exchange, Donna spots a storage container on Randy's lot and boasts that she could make more money flipping THAT than he will on his house. Randy tells her to go ahead and try and they make it a bet. Determined to beat Randy at the next auction Donna finds an old container and sets out to turn it into an adorable small living space. The Snows call the Slays to see if they want in on the 'Randy Revenge.' Cody isn't keen on the container idea, but Suzi loves it and thinks it will be a cute little space. The girls band together to flip the big steel container and turn it into a cozy home reflecting each of their different styles. Easier said than done.
