Designer/contractor Chip Wade gets to work with an aggressive plan - create an open air kitchen by tearing out the back wall of the house and repurpose their unused patio into a dining area. And that's not all! He also plans to incase the new space with frameless sliding door and an outdoor pizza oven to create the perfect place to entertain friends and family.

Living through the renovation with three small kids will be tough, but in the end, they'll have a home that's perfect for the whole family.
