Brothers Chris and Michael Dionne gamble their life savings on a house flip that they hope will earn them enough profit to go into business together full-time. Chris, a real estate expert and Michael, a carpenter-contractor, work together to choose a house with the most potential for their flip. Then, with just $50,000 for a complete renovation, the brothers show how bargain hunting and some good old-fashioned elbow grease can pay off. They keep their humor intact as they transform an empty shell into a professional grade kitchen, complete with marble countertops, slate floors and industrial appliances. Chris tackles the curb appeal with paint, new landscaping, and some extra manpower from his brother. And for just $500 Michael proves a lackluster bathroom can be turned from an eyesore into a selling point. The brothers just hope potential buyers love their finished flip as much as they do.
