In addition to some major curb appeal, they'll build a true wrestling gym to enable him to continue his work with kids, a massive deck to add to the sense of community he cherishes and an overhaul to his living room finally give him a great place to be able to relax with his family. It's a lot to pull off in only three days but with the help from Bob's whole neighborhood, Anthony and John will give him an emotionally-charged surprise he'll remember forever.

What they don't know is that while they are away, the Cousins are sneaking in to renovate their home. Anthony and John are giving them an open kitchen, and a new backyard with a koi pond and greenhouse. But with inclement weather and some unforeseen plumbing problems, will the guys make the deadline and deliver an emotional surprise? Or will James's parents be left wishing he had just given them grandkids instead?

Once they agree on a home, Seth and Simchah immediately begin renovations only to have their contractor uncover major structural and safety concerns in the master bathroom and kitchen. It takes the crew extra time, money and resources to shore up the house before progress can move forward. And even though their patience and $50,000 budget is put to the test, Seth & Simchah end up with a beautifully updated home that includes Simchah's dream kitchen.

Adding to their home-search difficulties is their opposing criteria; he'd like to find a home with a rental unit for extra income, where she prefers a single-family home. With contrasting wish lists their real estate broker Toni Patillo has quite the task in finding them a home that fits all their needs, but as renovation begins, they may discover they've taken on more than they can handle. Even with help from designer Bridgid Coulter and contractor Boaz Siton, they'll run into problem after problem. But after all the termite issues, sewer line problems, and structural issues come to an end, Rachael and Ryan will wind up with the spacious kitchen and relaxing master suite of their dreams.
