The challenges escalate when the Gaines' mini-inspection reveals some unusual damage by an unexpected antagonist adding a 3,000-dollar sting on the Jonklaas' tight budget. The roof is also in desperate need of repair, as a giant hole has allowed water to damage the integrity of the interior walls.
