Daniela is looking to buy her own home and finally move out of her mother's house. Her mom, Rose Marie, is coming along on this journey because Daniela greatly values all of her opinions -- mothers usually do know best. Daniela's dream house will have 2 to 3 bedrooms, hardwood floors, a large yard, and most of all, be very close to the lake. They contact Josh Temple because her budget of $300,000 is slightly below the median sale price of homes in Ringwood, NJ, and Daniela has had some trouble finding a home on her own.
