Season 3, Episode 5

Two-Tiered and Tired Bath

Jacey and Ted Lucas aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get to work. In fact, they’re currently renovating most of their home, but when it came to their bathroom, they decided to call in the experts. Their disorienting bathroom presents a few unique challenges: a two-tiered room with a step to get up the next level, a wild black-and-white checkered tile pattern, and an odd glass strip of tile in the shower that provides an actual window into the other bathroom. Designer Krista Watterworth and carpenter Marc Bartolomeo set out to transform this chaotic space into a Zen-like bath with plenty of storage space.
