James and Monica still live at home with their parents but they're ready to take their relationship to the next level. Instead of spending their money on a wedding, they're hoping to buy a two-family New Jersey home where their tenants' rent will help pay their mortgage. Property expert Egypt Sherrod is determined to help them find a great starter home but with their bargain budget and supersize dreams, warns their learning curve may be steep. At first, the couple says they're willing to put in some sweat equity but are shocked by their first few home tours. Egypt helps them make some tough choices and comes up with an unusual opportunity that could pay off.
