Ready for Reno

Levi and Alysha love their new urban, dog-friendly home, situated in a trendy neighborhood. What they don’t love is its current lack of style and design. Good thing the Property Brothers are on the case!

Living Room, Before

With everything from dated French doors to drab windows and walls, this living room was pretty lifeless.

Living Room, After

Luckily Jonathan and Drew completely brightened up the previously bleak space with chic modern decor.

Neutral Chic

Playing with various neutrals, the Property Brothers strategically balance the gray and blue tones of the couch with crisp white and rose gold accessories.

Bright White

Opting for large white pieces of furniture, like this modern cabinet, keep the space feeling bright and airy.

Fun and Funky

Johnathan and Drew take advantage of the clean white palette to exhibit funky accessories like this gold antler candelabra and array of abstract prints.

Job Well Done

Jonathan and Drew look pretty pleased with their work in the stylish living room—now on to the kitchen!

Kitchen, Before

This outdated kitchen left a lot to be desired for two modern, worldly homeowners.

Kitchen, After

After Jonathan and Drew stepped in, the kitchen was transformed into a sleek space sure to please the sophisticated homeowners.

Bright Idea

Details like these exposed-bulb light fixtures give the kitchen space an extra edge of contemporary cool.

Kitchen, Conquered

Johnathan wastes no time testing out the new kitchen—with a trendy tray of cupcakes no less.

Silver and Gray

The neutral gray-hued tile backsplash adds a touch of detail without feeling over-designed. Plus, it perfectly coordinates with the array of brand new stainless steel appliances found throughout the kitchen.

Sleek and Simple

Every aspect of this kitchen maintains a sleek, sophisticated aesthetic. The seamless marble sink and minimalist steel faucet are no exception.

Pop of Rose

The crisp white cabinets get a pop of contrast thanks to stylish rose gold hardware. This chic metal accent can be seen carried throughout the home in various details and accessories.

Teal Cabinets

To add a surprising boost of color to the kitchen, Jonathan and Drew opted to contrast the crisp white overhead cabinets with these teal ones featured in the island.

Proud Bros

Johnathan and Drew proudly pose in their renovated kitchen, which seamlessly flows to the dining area.

Dining Room, Before

Like the living room and kitchen, this dining space was dim and dated, topped off with an uninteresting light fixture.

Dining Room, After

The redesigned room is open, inviting, and filled with beautiful pieces, like a gorgeous warm dining table topped with vibrant flowers.

Totally Transparent

Similar to the white cabinet in the living room, this plastic bar cart keeps the room from feeling weighed down by furniture. Plus, the transparent material is a unique choice that adds another element of edge to the space.

Funky Fixture

While the previous light fixture wasn't exactly desirable, this new funky chandelier fits perfectly in the contemporary dining area and echoes the exposed bulb aesthetic found in the kitchen.

Warm and Inviting

This light wood cabinet helps bring a boost of warmth into the contemporary space, and is the perfect display for small plants and a sweet framed photo of the happy homeowners.

Before, Dining Room and Foyer

Previously, this dining room awkwardly joined with the entryway, without any sense of deliberate design in the space.

After, Dining Room and Foyer

By repainting the staircase white and adding simple railing, there's a clear distinction between dining room and foyer, without making the space feel closed off. In fact, the renovation makes the home appear even more streamlined and airy!

Warm and Welcoming

While the old foyer may have made the homeowners want to turn around and walk back out the door, this new entryway is crisp, cool, and inviting.

Delicate Details

Lovely design elements like a clean white cabinet, topped with white flowers in a metallic-dipped vase, a wooden candle-holder, and natural-wood framed mirror complete the fresh entryway.

Playful Prints

Above the staircase, the Property Brothers hung prints in an offset pattern with contrasting frame colors to create a fun, modern look. They also placed similar prints in other rooms of the home, keeping the design feeling consistent and cohesive.

Before, Master Bedroom

Up the stairs, the master bedroom was also in desperate need of some reno magic.

Master Bedroom, After

Luckily Jonathan and Drew completely transformed the space into a stylish, dreamy oasis.

Drab to Dreamy

Keeping the color palette consistent with the rest of the home, they went with neutral grays and blues for the bedding and headboard, which perfectly offset the crisp white walls and closet. Plus, what room in this home would be complete without a unique, industrial chandelier?

All Smiles

Stylish new living room, kitchen, dining room, foyer, and bedroom: Check! Based on the smiles and hugs alone, it seems safe to say the Property Brothers once again made the homeowners' dreams come true!
