Working long hours and eager to upgrade her starter home, April is looking to buy a new house in the downtown core. The Property Brothers come to the rescue and help her find a budget-friendly dream home that can be renovated on time. With a budget that doesn't match her expectations, Drew and Jonathan struggle to sell the potential of a fixer-upper. April finally decides between two massive renovation projects, but is quickly frustrated when she can't close the deal immediately. Drew works his magic, and the pressure is now on Jonathan who only has five weeks to complete the job. April gets discouraged when she makes an unannounced visit and sees her new home in mid-renovation.
