After world travelers Natalie and Jeff vacationed in León, Nicaragua with their two sons, the whole family felt a magnetic draw to the Central American country's relaxed culture and beautiful beaches. When they discovered how inexpensive the real estate was they decided to search for a second home there for under 150,000 dollars. Bubbly and energetic, Natalie is looking for a beachfront retreat from their hectic lives in Ohio. But practical Jeff, who works in risk management, is looking for a property with rental potential that will be a good investment. Real estate agent Jordan will have to balance his client's very different needs while hunting for the best deal in León, Nicaragua.
