Location, Location, Location to Party

This young guy needs to get out of his parent's home and away from his loving grandmother and into his own place. His parents agree to assist him financially in making his first home purchase, but they also insist on helping in the property search. Their real estate agent has three properties to show them, but finds it difficult to satisfy everybody, especially the party boy who requires being close to the club scene.
