Compromising between Space and Location.

Nadia hopes to find a prime location and Paul insists on having ample square footage in their first place. But finding both in the Washington D.C. area will be tough, considering their budget maximum of $375K. Nadia compromises somewhat on location when they fall in love with a condo that has beautiful finishes, as well as the space Paul wants for $389,900. They lowball with an offer of $365,000, and eventually close the deal at $372,000. A few inspection issues have the couple worried, but the seller fixes everything and the couple happily closes the deal on their first place.
