As seen on HGTV's Love It or List It, the second floor child's bedroom remains the same size and location, with the exception of enlarging the small closet, doubling its depth. The walls, floors, furniture and room accessories were all freshly updated.

The walls on the first floor have been removed, creating an open modern floor plan with views to both the living room and dining area. Finally, new window treatments, colorful pillows and updated recessed and pendant lighting give a modern and fun vibe throughout.

This kitchen has been reconfigured to take advantage of the new open concept floor plan. A large kitchen island provides more counter space, as well as doubles as a kitchen table with stools running underneath. Stainless steel appliances, pendant and recessed lighting, and a neutral color scheme create a clean modern look to the kitchen. New flooring was added throughout the whole first floor.
