Richard and Carla bought their house 14 years ago with no intention of it being their forever home. Their last renovation attempt resulted in a major disappointment and Carla's ready to give up. Real estate agent Phil plans to find Richard and Carla a house on a quiet street with good schools and a dazzling kitchen, but designer Kirstie hopes to make cosmetic and structural changes to make this couple want to stay. In the end, will Richard and Carla love their home again or will they list it?
