Dilapidated Dwelling

Nigel and Emma's dilapidated home is struggling to cope with the everyday needs of this couple and their three growing boys. Emma wants to stay and let designer Kirstie fix their home's problems, while Nigel wants real estate agent Phil to find them a new home that doesn't need anymore renovations. Kirstie hopes to solve all their problems with a new bathroom, more storage and a kitchen renovation. Phil's challenge is to find this family a functional home within the same school district. In the end, this couple will have to decide to love their home again or list it.
