In Italy, Londoners Peter and Beverly want a relaxing million-dollar retreat that's near the mountains and the beach. Meanwhile, Tony and Heather want to get away from their busy lives in Pennsylvania, so they're searching for the perfect vintage beach bungalow on the New Jersey Shore. And in Spain, Vern and Nicole have to decide between customized contemporary condos, and a charming traditional villa.
