Season 17, Episode 7

More Space Needed

After Helen and Rich Green got married eight months ago, they moved into her two-bedroom, one-bath cottage-style home that was built in the 1920s. That's when they discovered that her 900-square-foot Seattle beach cottage was too small for the two of them. They work together all day at a local TV station, so when they get home, they'd like to have some space of their own. They have their heart set on staying in the area, so they have turned to Helen's previous real estate agent, Summer Boyd Jones, for assistance with the search.
