Kristine and Terry needed more living space for their growing family and decided to add a second story addition over their garage. When the contractor they hired asked for full payment because he claimed the job was 99% done, the homeowners refused and called host Mike Holmes. When he and his team finish the job, they demonstrate just how incomplete the job really was.
