Season 5, Episode 10

Adding Style and Sophistication in a Home That's Been on the Market for Six Months

Sid and Debbie Perkins have traveled all over the world, but after living in the suburbs of Washington, D.C. for more than 10 years, they're opting for a more laid-back lifestyle in a Tennessee farmhouse. However, after six months on the market and little buyer interest, the Perkins are ready to take a new approach to selling their house. They've enlisted the help of staging expert Sabrina Soto to add shots of style and sophistication to their home and to get buyers interested at the next open house.
