Meet Bristol and Aubrey Marunde
The hosts of HGTV’s newest flip series have the know-how, the muscle and the style to pull off some incredible flips in Sin City. Here’s a sneak peek of what’s to come in Flip or Flop Vegas, premiering April 6 at 10|9c.
Bristol and Aubrey Marunde
With Aubrey’s real estate expertise and Bristol’s contracting experience, there are few challenges the Marundes can’t face.
High Stakes Flippers
The Marundes have renovated more than 140 homes in the Vegas area, and they often take on properties others won’t touch.
Brains and Brawn
Aubrey has more than a decade of experience as a realtor in the Vegas area, and Bristol is a professional MMA fighter with a background in contracting and construction.
From touring the property to staging the finished open house, Bristol and Aubrey work together on their flip projects from start to finish.
When he’s not going to head to head with his opponents in the UFC cage, Bristol takes the lead in demo on the Marundes’ flips to save on costs.
Aubrey’s vision for a kitchen with clean lines and crisp white cabinetry came to life in the finished product seen in this flip on horse property just outside of Las Vegas.
Aubrey takes great care to see her flips through to the end with staging that is inviting to potential home buyers.
Who could resist this bedroom getaway with special touches like colorful flowers beside the bed?
A Bathroom Fit for a Master
You know what they say: Bathrooms and kitchens can sell a house, and Aubrey and Bristol knocked this one out of the park.
Heart of the Home
This unique fireplace is just one of many features completely unique to this house in the Vegas area totally renovated and transformed by the Marundes.
Rustic Accent Wall
Eye-catching accent walls like this one create depth and interest in an otherwise neutral living space.
Roll of the Dice
Every flip is a gamble, and Aubrey and Bristol incorporate pieces like this into their designs in a nod to their Vegas roots.
DIY Herb Garden
Vegas home buyers are often looking for completed outdoor spaces to enjoy the year-round nice weather, Aubrey says. The Marundes like to focus on creating outdoor oases for their flips, including hand-made projects like this herb garden.
