Chip Wade fixes what a bad contractor left behind in a great room renovation

Marie and Rob Hunter bought their home because it's in a nice neighborhood with lots of families and great schools. It was a foreclosure and they knew they'd have to put some work into it, but when their contractor took their money and left them with half finished project they needed help! Enter Designer/Contractor Chip Wade, he's going to open up their first floor and give them the communal great room they've always wanted. Chip tears out the maze of walls and low ceilings and adds architectural interest with a new ceiling truss, updates the kitchen with custom walnut nut cabinetry and links the spaces with a new sleek kitchen island.
