A Dated Ranch Style Home is Given a New Porch and Updated Façade

John Marsh's dated ranch style home is definitely the eyesore of the block, but Designer John Gidding and the team have stepped in with some big ideas to transform this house into the gem of the block. John's design plan adds much needed character with a new porch design but the team hits an unfortunate snag with some permitting problems. Thankfully, John is able to revise his design to accommodate the city while still giving the home an updated exterior. In addition to this transformation, the next door neighbors also benefit with mini makeovers of their own making a big impact on the block as a whole.
