Season 2, Episode 2

A Block is Upgraded With A Hacienda Overhaul and A Nearby Park is Given New Life With a Makeover of Its Own

Todd Galpin and Mara Shalhoup are overwhelmed by the work that needs to be done on their dated 1920's Spanish style hacienda in East Atlanta, dubbing them the black sheep of their otherwise charming neighborhood. Luckily, Designer John Gidding and the Curb Appeal: The Block team are here to help! John's vision is to find ways to revive the original Spanish style while making it more modern. His plan includes adding a front porch that spans the entire width of the house as well as a brand new entrance to the street, making it more welcoming and inviting from the curb. But, the team is not stopping there! A nearby park will be given new life with a makeover of its own, truly bringing this block together.
