Designer David Bromstad models a living room based on a historic mansion in Palm Beach.

Designer David Bromstad models a living room based the remarkable design of a historic mansion in Palm Beach. The Flagler Museum is very ornate and rich in detail, so David figures out a way to simplify it for the Colonial style home of his clients. The homeowners are totally on board with David's plan to flank the walls with custom tufted upholstered panels, but admit to being afraid of too much color. David has a few pieces of their existing furniture re-upholstered in neutral tones, but then he adds bold pops of red throughout. Will it be too much for these traditional clients?
