Jonathan: 2; Drew: 2

Both teams are tied up heading into the fifth challenge. Team Jonathan, however, has a team of two compared to Team Drew's team of three. Can Jonathan's small and skilled crew pull out a win, or will Team Drew's extra man prove an advantage? Take a look and find out.

The Judges: Flip or Flop Stars Are Back

Guess who's back? Flip or Flop stars Tarek and Christina El Moussa return for the third time as the challenge's expert judges.

Team Jonathan: A Powerful Trio

Jonathan jokes with teammates Adi and Peggy going into the "What Would the Brothers Do?" mini challenge. The teams were tasked with choosing the top three renovation picks for the first home based on what Jonathan and Drew would do.

Team Drew: Mini-Challenge Winners — Again!

Drew hangs out with teammates Melissa, Rick and Eric. For the mini challenge, Team Drew guessed two out of three renovation projects correctly, making them the mini-challenge winners for the third week in a row. They decided to keep the first house and also win a sub-contractor for a day paid for by Team Jonathan.

Team Drew: The Planning

Team Drew is taking on a 1954 ranch home with three bedrooms, two baths and a current value of $710,000. Homeowners Laura and Steve are hoping for a functional and efficient kitchen, as well as a brand-new fireplace surround. The team will focus on the kitchen and living room.

Team Drew: Kitchen, Before

Eric decides to conquer his first kitchen of the competition. Before, this kitchen was outdated and drab with yellow tile countertops and glass wall cubes. Eric's plan is to create a galley-style kitchen with new cabinets, a stainless-steel mosaic backsplash and walls painted a midnight blue for contrast. Although known by Drew for his traditional style, Eric wants to create an industrial-elegant kitchen that's also family friendly.

Team Drew: Kitchen, After

A deep undermount sink makes this galley kitchen as functional as it is stylish, with an interlocking tile backsplash and bold blue accent wall, as seen on HGTV's Brother Vs. Brother.

Team Drew: Kitchen, After

Shades of gray and white are used throughout the Brother Vs. Brother kitchen in the cabinets, countertops, backsplash and checkered flooring. A accent wall of navy blue brings a burst of color to the space.

Team Drew: Kitchen, After

There was no shortage of love for Team Drew after the Property Brothers renovated this home's dated kitchen and added cool new features and details like this chalkboard, as seen on HGTV's Brother Vs. Brother.

Team Drew: Breakfast Bar, Before

Melissa decides to take on the budget again and stamp her name on the kitchen's eat-in bar area. Before, the space was a tiny, useless pass-through that desperately needed to be opened up. She and Eric removed the wall between the kitchen and the living room and extended the quartz countertops to create a spacious eat-in bar that wowed the judges.

Team Drew: Breakfast Bar, After

Cool gray countertops and a breakfast bar flank the existing checkerboard floor in this galley kitchen. The small space feels large with a light color scheme grounded by a navy blue wall, as seen on HGTV's Brother Vs. Brother.

Team Drew: Breakfast Bar, After

Installing a breakfast bar ensures there's always a place for family members to enjoy a quick meal. This bar is decked out with contemporary place settings and studded neutral chairs, as seen on HGTV's Brother vs Brother.

Team Drew: Living Room, Before

Dreary carpet and an unsightly brick fireplace were the focal points of this living room before the renovation. Rick's plan of action: enclose the fireplace, install custom built-in shelves and cabinetry and add new hardwood flooring.

Team Drew: Living Room, After

In this family room makeover featured in HGTV's Brother Vs. Brother, a dreary carpet was replaced with beautiful hardwood floors, custom built-in cabinets were installed and the fireplace hood was enclosed to create a finished and cohesive look.

Team Drew: Living Room, After

A blue accent wall provides a bright backdrop for a white brick fireplace and leads the eye to the breakfast bar and adjoining kitchen, as seen on HGTV's Brother Vs. Brother.

Team Drew: Living Room, After

Team Drew, of HGTV's Brother Vs. Brother, made over a bland living room with a purple, gray and aqua color scheme. This area features a small, gray love seat, a comfy purple couch and a flat-screen TV.

Team Drew: Living Room, After

Crisp white and gray tiles in a herringbone pattern give the hearth extension of this living room fireplace a fresh modern look, as seen on HGTV's Brother Vs. Brother.

Team Drew: Family Room, Before

The team also used some of the budget to refresh and liven up the adjacent family room.

Team Drew: Family Room, After

A Safavieh geometric rug made of polypropylene fiber and constructed on a power loom grounds the new space with a transitional style while comfy chairs provide seating opposite the fireplace, as seen on HGTV's Brother Vs. Brother.

Team Jonathan: The Planning

Team Jonathan is tackling a 1950 ranch home with four bedrooms, two baths and a value of $775,000. Homeowners Kevin and Molly love to entertain, but the current set-up and flow of the kitchen and dining room is lacking. The team will focus on the kitchen and dining room.

Team Jonathan: Dining Room, Before

Peggy takes on the dining room, a small, plain room with poor lighting. Her plan: brighten up the space with a bold paint color and add a dramatic chandelier and furnishings to reinvent the design scheme.

Team Jonathan: Dining Room, After

A rustic wood table gets a touch of elegance with this classy table setting featuring ornate flatware and pearl-clad dishware. Bright yellow napkins at the host and hostess seats mimic the fresh hue of the floral centerpiece, as seen on HGTV's Brother Vs. Brother.

Team Jonathan: Dining Room, After

A futuristic starburst-style light fixture provides a modern touch while illuminating this contemporary dining room.

Team Jonathan: Kitchen, Before

With a team of two, both Peggy and Adi had to take on the home's largest project: the kitchen. Originally, the space was a tiny galley kitchen with little counter space and an awkward laundry room crammed inside a closet.

Team Jonathan: Kitchen, After

Adi and Peggy's kitchen remodeling plan: Reconfigure the layout with a stackable washer and dryer, install wall-to-wall cabinetry and knock down the wall between the dining room and kitchen. They also installed brand new flooring.

Team Jonathan: Kitchen, After

A new stainless steel oven and microwave sparkle and contrast with the chic gray countertops in this contemporary kitchen, as seen on HGTV's Brother Vs. Brother.

Team Jonathan: Kitchen, After

The transformed kitchen is guest-ready with modern gray countertops and a complete cocktail set, as seen on HGTV's Brother Vs Brother.

Team Jonathan: Family Room, Before

Adi and Peggy also used some of their budget to refresh and declutter the family room.

Team Jonathan: Family Room, After

Two contemporary lamps made of metal construction with a black finish flank the newly defined fireplace while the open built-in shelves display organized and stylish accessories, as seen on HGTV's Brother Vs. Brother.

Elimination: Who Added More Value?

Team Drew added $49,000 of value to their property, while Team Jonathan added $43,000. Team Drew is the challenge winner again. Team Jonathan will head into the final challenge with a team of one next to Team Drew's team of three.
