Jonathan: 2; Drew: 1

Heading into the fourth challenge, Team Jonathan is in the lead with two remodeling wins. This week, only one contestant will face elimination. Will Team Drew tie the score back up? Let's find out.

The Judges: Flip or Flop Stars Return

Flip or Flop stars and power couple Tarek and Christina El Moussa return to Brother Vs. Brother as the challenge's expert judges.

Team Jonathan: Ready to Renovate

Jonathan smiles with teammates Peggy, Stayce and Adi during the "Guess My Year" mini challenge. The teams were tasked with estimating the home's build date. Team Jonathan guessed 1969 based on period-specific traits.

Team Drew: Mini-Challenge Winners!

Drew poses with Melissa, Eric and new teammate Rick, who was plucked from Team Jonathan to even out the teams. For the mini challenge, Team Drew guesses 1956. The actual year was 1958, making Team Drew the mini-challenge winners. They decided to keep the first house, leaving Team Jonathan to tackle the unseen second option.

Team Drew: The Planning

Team Drew is tackling a 1958 colonial-tract house with three bedrooms, two baths and a current value of $480,000. The homeowners are already renovating the main floor, so Team Drew will focus entirely on the second level with the master bedroom, master bathroom and guest bedroom.

Team Drew: Guest Bedroom, Before

Rick takes on the budget and the guest bedroom, a dated space with old carpet and closet doors. Rick's plan: update the closets with frosted-glass doors, add hardwood flooring and build a bar-height desk space that finishes out the dormer nook.

Team Drew: Bathroom, Before

Melissa takes on the master bathroom remodel. Currently, the space is outdated and drab with floor-to-ceiling wallpaper. Melissa's plan: modernize the space with brand-new tile flooring, his-and-her vanities and a soaker tub with a mosaic tile surround.

Eric takes on the master bedroom, a room with old wallpaper, outdated carpet and a tired palette. Eric's plan: fix up the closet doors, install cherry hardwood flooring, add a cozy sitting area and create a gray and silver color palette for a glam Hollywood look.

Team Jonathan: The Planning

With a $30,000 budget and a three-day timeline, Team Jonathan takes on a 1958 colonial-tract house with three bedrooms, two baths and a current value of $465,000. The home features the same floorplan as Team Drew's. The team will focus on the master bedroom, master bathroom and guest bedroom, too.

Team Jonathan: Guest Bedroom, Before

Before, the guest bedroom had dingy carpeting and a bland design scheme. Stayce tackles the room with this plan: add closet doors, lay hardwood flooring and create a reading nook with bookcases.

Unfortunately, Stayce ran out of time and wasn't able to add closet doors.

Peggy opts for the master bedroom remodel. The space is covered in outdated floral wallpaper and matching green carpet. Her design plan: replace the carpet with hardwood flooring, add a vanity beneath the window and paint a bold stripe around the room.

Team Jonathan: Bathroom, Before

Adi takes on the largest project in the house, the master bathroom. Before, the space featured hideous carpet, tiling and an unsightly vanity. His plan: replace the carpet with tile flooring, move the plumbing to the other wall, install a marble mosaic bathtub surround and add brand-new floating vanities.

Team Jonathan: Bathroom, After

After completely gutting the entire room and moving the plumbing, there was little time left for the final details. Adi was unable to finish the bathroom project.

The Fourth Elimination

Team Drew added $39,000 of value to their property in just three days, while Team Jonathan added $32,500. Team Drew is the challenge winner, making the score 2-2 going into the fifth challenge.
