Self-taught interior designer and builder Eric Eremita has a unique passion for creating beautiful homes. At age 21, the Staten Island native took over his father's glass and mirror business and transformed it into a full-service design company. Decades of on-the-job experience with interior design and home building has helped Eric become the proud owner of two businesses. When she isn't riding her motorcycle through the city, Jennifer is busy as the owner of a real estate investment company that specializes in rehabbing and flipping houses. She has worked on eight different renovation projects in the last three years, ranging from full-gut renovations to cosmetic touchups. Jennifer describes her design style as "eclectic modern." Melissa Roche, a Minnesota native now living in Las Vegas, is an interior designer with more than seven years of decorating experience. Melissa earned a bachelor's degree in interior design, then packed her bags and headed west. For the past year, Melissa has fostered two businesses, including a design firm and furniture store. She describes her style as "clean lines that include personal details." With her attention to detail and knack for increasing resale value, she believes she is sure to be a contender. The youngest of five children, licensed realtor and real estate investor Thomas Brown is used to competition. A self-proclaimed "type A" personality, Thomas says he is fiercely competitive and creative. As president of his own real estate firm, he's been buying, renovating and selling properties for 15 years. Thomas says his strength lies in project design, as he specializes in opening-up floor plans to construct "bright and open" spaces.
