A family searches for a beach retreat in Gulf Shores, AL. While they have different opinions on what type of house they should get, they all agree they want to live near the beach. After an extensive search, they find the home that's a perfect fit but it's in need of serious updates. Will a tight budget and unforeseen hiccups throw a wrench into this family's fixer upper project?
