Welcome to Beach Flip

In the series premiere, four teams take on beach houses stuck in the 80s and are given the challenge of renovating them to raise property value in just eight weeks. Assigned the incredible task of renovating and redesigning the Master Bedrooms first, the contestants are challenged to add value while staying true to their personal design styles. Nicole Curtis, David Bromstad and Josh Temple host, mentor and evaluate the finished spaces awarding one team $2,500 towards their renovation budget.

Beach Flip contestants Martha and Alex installed new wood flooring, painted the second floor master bedroom with a refreshing light blue color and installed new curtains and a sliding barn door at the renovated Comfort Breeze condo.

Rustic and Refined

Custom Artwork

Scrap wood was transformed into coastal-perfect painted artwork atop the dresser in this renovated master bedroom.

Beach-Chic Curtains

To create floor-to-ceiling curtains, Daphne and Lucy extended the length of store-bought panels by add thick twine in lieu of drapery rings.

Ocean View

This transitional beach house master bedroom's wall color was inspired by the Gulf of Mexico just outside.

Rattan on Rattan

A rattan lamp on the bedside table coordinates with the bed's textural rattan headboard.
