South Bay agent Pam Smith gets down to dollars and cents, negotiating multiple deals to quickly sell her developer-client's property so he can move on to his next project. And agent Leslie Rae Bega has an uphill battle in front of her. Her client has an emotional attachment to his dream home, and she'll have to bring in top dollar in order to convince him to sell.
