First, a couple in St. Louis take on the challenge of restoring a 5,000 square foot home built in the 1800's. To keep their family and friends updated on the project, they designed a working website for the house. Everyone was able to watch the massive renovation as if they were there. Then, a man in Mt. Mourne, North Carolina promises to buy his girlfriend a 5,400 square foot 1830's home if she'll marry him. After 15 years of marriage he did. See why it took them 27 years to finish turning it into their antebellum dream home. Next, two men had already restored four homes. When the opportunity came up to start on a fifth one, they were interested. Little did they know, this 1912 New Orleans home would become the perfect place for entertaining. And a man in Boise, Idaho decides to buy a 6-story, 100 room hotel and convert it into a 51 apartment unit.
