Because the home is nearly 100 years old, a comprehensive Crestron RF lighting system with more than 100 switches was used to minimize any impact to the home's construction.
The client can control the system with eight wireless and eight in-wall touch panels. In addition, two fully functional iPads can control any room in the home.
The highlight of the music system is the custom Sonance Landscape speaker system with 16 satellite speakers and two buried subwoofers.
