CEDIA 2012 Integrated Home Finalist: Peak Performance

This home was was so big that the client requested a building management system instead of a more traditional residential system.

The control system was integrated with some of the swimming pool’s functions such as mist generation, a wave generator and waterfalls.

Multiple occupancy sensors around the house ensure that no energy or money is wasted by forgetting lights on.

A special interface was designed for the touchpanels and iPads that allow homeowners to control and monitor the house using floorplan views.
