Small-Space Bathroom

This space beautifully combines a printed wall of trees, a textured wooden wall, a darkly stained vanity and crisp, white fixtures. Although this is a small space, the textures, patterns and colors in it work together to create a big visual impact. Design by Erinn Valencich

Eclectic Modern Bathroom

By drawing inspiration from a mix of modern and antique pieces, designer Jaymes Richardson gave this bathroom big personality. The turn-of-the-century washstand and tilt mirror are kept up-to-date with a custom-made vanity, geometric hardware and simple, modern light fixtures. The grid pattern of the tiled walls, coupled with the stand-alone tub and old-fashioned washstand, gives this space a complementary "old and new" feel.

Earthy Bathroom Style

Inspired by the outdoor eucalyptus grove, this bathroom has bright, cheerful walls and nature-themed art. The mosaic granite and marble floor, in combination with the green walls, creates a classic yet fun backdrop for sculptural elements like the minimalist water closet. Asymmetrical Shapes

Drawing inspiration from the colorful, unique painting, Designer Steve Appolloni gave this bathroom a jazzy feel with the eclectic tile design and an asymmetrical mirror that defines the entire room. By combining different colors, textures, shapes and design elements, the designer created a space that's fun and unique while still classy.

Tiled Haven

This bathroom ties together bricks in various colors and textures, a painted wall, tile floors and block-style windows to create a beautiful, well-rounded space that is anything but boring. The stand-alone tub, console table sink and simple arched mirror add classy touches to this eclectic space. Design by Didier Michot in California

Bright Bathroom Color

This bathroom, designed by Elizabeth Rosensteel in Phoenix, features bright aqua hues and clean white tile paired with pops of other bright colors scattered through the shower walls. The colorful painting ties everything together, including the deep blue blown-glass sink and glass-tile countertop.

Naturally White Bathroom

Windows appear to pop out of this bathroom wall, providing interest and plenty of natural light. This space is simple and elegant with a stand-alone tub, full-length mirror and white color palette. Image courtesy of Hinkley Lighting

Relaxing, Fun Bathroom

Yellow walls, paired with a clean white, gray and mosaic tiled wall, give this space a fun yet relaxing feel. The tile treatment acts as an artistic element in this clean, contemporary space, and the large window and European-style tub make this room a relaxing, spa-like getaway. Exposed Plumbing

The exposed plumbing and tall rectangle window are focal points in this master bathroom. With vaulted ceilings, this space is open and naturally lit through the block-style windows. The mosaic tiles on the wall, tall mirrors and the vessel sinks also work to complete the modern, eclectic look of this space. Image courtesy of Collaborative Design Architects

Recycled Glass Bathroom

Recycled glass tiles fill this bathroom to give it an underwater appearance, while the custom concrete sinks add a masculine touch to the room. The under-counter hampers add a contrasting color to the tile and to the wood floor mat and bench. The curvy wall sconce also balances the geometric feel of the space. Design by Lori Dennis
