New York Loft-Style Attic

Kristie and Bob are looking to regain some personal space now that three of their four children have gone off to college. The upstairs bonus room used to be one of the kid's bedrooms, but now they would like it to have the feel of a New York loft. They want a place to entertain guests as well as relax and just watch TV.
